    Regular raid squad is a fairly standard general team build, with the exception that squad should not contain crit mechanics - without going into too much detail, crit is bad for drops vs. certain bosses because reasons. For RC6, it is useful to have ailment inflict vs. several bosses.

    GR squad should contain crit... the issue is though that ideally for GR you want to run mono element squads, vs. whatever bosses are for that GR season (since ele is now fixed). Problem is you don't have sufficient depth of units to make strong mono squad for each element, which may mean needing to use a mixed ele squad and just... accept it won't be as good. Note, GR build can vary depending on what you're doing, e.g. if just elite farming and not bossing, you do not require a tanky squad and can do an FH/crit style setup. If bossing then squad must be sufficiently tanky.

    :light:Regil (Lead) + :thunder:Daltisk, :earth:Edea, :fire:Alessa, :earth:Eriana (or Lunaris)
    - Regil for LS and spark dmg buff, BB atk, Daltisk for BB gauge buffs, Edea for 50% dmg reduction and ailment inflict, Alessa for atk/def/rec buff and stat stack, Eriana (or Lunaris) for heals
    - for regular raid purposes, Alessa should NOT be SP'd for crit buffs ... if using this setup for Guild Raid, then Alessa SHOULD have crit buffs. One possible compromise, use Alessa with crit buffs for GR setup, for regular raid bring another variant setup

    :light:Regil (Lead) + :thunder:Daltisk, :earth:Hisui, :earth:Eriana (or Lunaris), (last slot depends)
    - this setup gives you flexible final squad slot, e.g. for regular raid take... Omni Vael (Ragzbyul - the earth dragon, name changes as evolves), Zellha, Jireud or any other ailment unit that doesn't have crit buffs... for Guild Raid on the other hand, take crit buffs, e.g. Zellha (w/SP), Alessa (w/SP), Amadream (tho Amadream has crit rate only no crit dmg), Azurai, Ordine
    - the issue is that Hisui is a bit squishy by modern standards as he has no self HP increase SP

    Hey thanks but the thing is, I don't see a Regil on my units list.
