Raises normal hit amount spheres

    Hey there guys, with the GG event ongoing and a bunch of sphere with the "raises normal hit amount" effect I was wondering what exactly does "raises normal hit amount" do for a unit in regard to how many extra hits they do and what kind of units/situation you would use it on e.g Arena/Colo or Questing etc.

    Any help greatly appreciated :)

    These spheres in particular double the hit amount of a normal attack meaning more damage is done by said normal attack. each unit is different though in how many exactly they do in that one turn

    wait a minute.. +1 hit count is effectively DOUBLE DAMAGE on normal hits??

    Not quite. most deal an extra 30% damage with some doing 50% more

    do hit count buffs affect speed of attacks? in other words, if i'm putting together a parade squad with like mifune and zekuu, and don't have daltisk sphere, are hit count buffs good for adding damage without adding time?

    That is a good question. Id say no as it doesnt make the animation any longer in my experience

    so like, Nougat P08, is that like effectively increasing damage by 20%, or 120%?

    The 1st hit is 100% of the damage always. the 2nd or 3rd is at a reduced rate

    Normal hit "nuking" was the "trial cheese" before iUBB cheese. It came up mainly when Savia got her OE release and lasted mainly till AM strategy zone (cause Gumi decided to give Global AM massive normal hit resistance....for some reason:p).
    Therefore some googling and guides might give ya more insight on this +hit buff that spheres and units offer.

    Yoshino, I hear what you're saying, but there's some kind of disconnect because I can't seem to reconcile with the numbers i find on BF Wiki..

    Nougat P08 says "+1 to each normal hit (Extra hits +20% damage, 120% total) & fills 10-12 BC when normal attacking" in Wiki. So, do the extra hits do 120, or are they saying that the 120 is 1st hit at 100%, and second hit at 20%. Its that "+" before the 20 that is throwing me off.

    Then, I'm looking at the Wiki of units with extra hit count effects. You have a unit like Dessit with their UBB: 250% Def to Atk, fills 800 OD, adds +3 hits to each hit count (+120% extra damage, 220% total) & 40% HP.

    So, those 3 extra hits, are effectively 40% of the damage of the first hit? Meaning the total of 220 is for all hits tallied? Or is it 1 hit at 100%, and 3 hits at 220 each, for a grand total of 760?

    It goes on what it says literally. Take Ceuflan SBB for example 'adds +2 hits to each hit count (extra hits have +20% damage)' so the hits in general only gain an extra 20% extra damage and thats all the hits. His UBB ' adds +3 hits to each hit count (+120% extra damage, 220% total)' means each hit is doing 220% damage max. thats it. They gain a little advantage in power. looking from old coding it used to be each extra hit seemed to be doing less damage but in actual fact wasnt. dont know if that was me reading it wrong or it being coded wrong but plus hit now is what it says. so to sum it up each extra hit for dessit it 220% per hit
